Department of Marathi

Introduction:

The Marathi department is established in 2000. At present UG and PG courses is offered by Marathi department. Guest Lectures by famous speakers are organized every year for student overall development. To give scope to the artistic talents of the students, essay competition, poetry reading and poetry presentation etc. usually organized by the Marathi department. Students are encouraged to participate in various competitions. Teachers of the department participate in national and international workshops, seminars, conferences and present research papers to update their knowledge. ICT is used in teaching to facilitate the teaching process in the present era of internet.
